Who We Are

The 2631 Foundation is an ambitious project from one of Jersey’s own, a non-profit organization dedicated to use sport as a vehicle for change, as a way to strengthen communities, highlight, and support all the good that is being done across New York City and New Jersey, on the heels of the World’s largest sporting events: the 2026 World Cup and the 2031 Women’s World Cup.
Mission:
We were founded to help highlight, support, and connect grassroots and community-level organizations that, when working together, will empower, inspire, and better the lives of New Jersey, New York City, and its inhabitants.

Vision:
We picture a future where neighborhoods across New York City, New Jersey, and beyond are able to overcome any challenges that come their way by working alongside local corporations, sponsors, donors, and each other. Using the World Cup as a catalyst to bring everyone together, to quote the words of President John F. Kennedy, “A rising tide lifts all boats.” The time is now to start a sustainable, long-lasting foundation focused on the future of all of our local communities.
Our Team
